TSAM saman FAM

Satu saman Pemula telah berjaya didaftarkan DIMAHKAMAH TINGGI MALAYA SHAH ALAM(BAHAGIAN SIVIL)PAGI TADI terhadap FAM DAN DATO AZZUDIN BIN AHMAD..dan saya selaku plaintif melalui sepasukan peguam telah mengemukan DAN mendeposit AFIDAVIT SOKONGAN yg mengandungi segala fakta,butiran kes untuk ditimbang dan diputuskan oleh mahkamah yg mulia..SELARAS DGN ITU TIADA APA HARUS SAYA BICARA DI LUAR MAHKAMAH YG BOLEH MENYEBABKAN SUBJUDICE MELAINKAN SAYA MENYERAHKAN KPD MAHKAMAH DAN PROSES UNDANG UNDANG UTK MEMBUAT KETENTUAN BAGI SEMUA PERKARA YG TELAH SAYA KEMUKAKAN DLM AFIDAVIT TERSEBUT..SEMOGA PROSES UNDANG UNDANG MEMBERI KESAKSAMAAN SETELAH SEMUA ITU DINAFIKAN TERHADAP SAYA.ianya juga penting utk menjadi panduan dan teladan utk masa akan datang..t kaseh

Perkara diatas tertera di laman social Facebook Annuar Musa sebentar tadi.


Dapat simpulkan bahawa saman dibuat atas isu Annuar Musa digantung selama dua setengah tahun oleh Jawatankuasa Disiplin Persatuan Bolasepak Malaysia April lalu. 

Inilah langkah pertama. Kita tunggu dan lihat apa yang akan berlaku selepas ini dan jika ini akan menjadi ketetapan dan rujukan untuk kes-kes yang seumpana ini dimasa hadapan.

    It is the first step towards everything. Too much coruption. They run the organization like it's their own. A good move and strategy by TSAM utk burst everything out sblm mensyuarat kongress FAM(correct me if I'm wrong) coming soon.

    This is the start of everything, or the end of everything.

    I hope that there would be a glimmer of hope for our football at the end of the tunnel.

    If by this way then only our football scene would progress, so be it! Bring it on I would say!

    Hamidin and gang held called sessi memerah otak in KK. Hamdin, Judin and Juad's familes where there do the event. Siapa bayar? was is necessary for the..,.,.brain storing....

    How is a court case filed by TSAM going to change FAM la? Maybe yes maybe no TSAM can win the court case. I ask my friend a lawyer, he ask me why FAM got no appeal process. And how come no Inquiry or Hearing for TSAM to defend. I said I don't know..maybe FAM got give opportunity to TSAM to jawab. Got ah Bro?

Age manipulation in Myanmar

UPDATE 6.30pm: Myanmar club Yangon United FC apparently held an emergency meeting this morning, FA of Malaysia to lodge official complaint to AFC. ------ UPDATE 9.08am: AFC replies: Nice to hear from you. According to the documents registered with us, these players are eligible (age-wise) for the tournament. AFC has a strict policy under which it ensures that due diligence is observed in the player registration process for all its tournaments.Hope this helps. ---- UPDATE 7am: Fielding over-aged players has been a problem in the past. Fifa, had in 2009,  ordered bone tests to be performed on players at the Under-17 World Cup in Nigeria as seen here . What went wrong with KL SEA Games?

A magical sight was seen at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil yesterday as KL2017 ended with Malaysia finishing as overall champions. - Bernama 145 gold medals. It's the best Team Malaysia has ever achieved since the inception of the SEAP Games in1959. The 29th edition of the SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur ended yesterday. The opening ceremony dazzled those at the stands and viewers at home while the performances during the closing ceremony yesterday jogged plenty of musical memories to many. Our athletes, the real superheroes, brought smiles through their heroic display. They made everyday a happy day. A majestic shot of Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin by Ghazali Kori (Harian Metro).
