Malaysia 1 Bangladesh 1

Btw, this is my 1000th post. Time flies....

HD kata: Masih ada masa...... :)

Bullshit!

  2. The same old script has repeated again.I watched the whole game right frm the begining to the end and i have to say that we looked really awful.Even the ultras whom kept on cheering and chanting throughout the game looked speechless when the opposition scored from the sportkick.Honestly, based on our performance,we looked like a 3rd divison english club.Tactically we were terrible right from the kick start. We rarely had a decent chance in front of goal from an open play.Let me get to the common mistakes that we made.I cant comprehend the fact that our players love to use long/diagonal balls when finding their teamates.Im not citing it as a mistake, but why dont you pass to ur nearby teamate when you have a chance to do so.We dont have lanky midfielders or strikers to receive those kind of balls. You could probably use long balls when its appropriate. The players also rarely communicate to each other(esp defenders and goalie). That was the reason why we conceded in both of our friendly matches against hkg and bngldsh.Another alarming factor is that we tend to get dispossess easily. Our midfielders also seems to be invisible whenever theres a setpiece situation(etc corner or free kick)..they fail to follow up..this gives room for our opponent to counter attack easily and ouickly.

Anyways theres 4 more precious days before we kick start the tournament..there is still time for improvement..buck up guys..

    In RAJA we trust

  4. I read in The Star's newspaper today that Rajagopal said that he's not promising that Malaysia will win the tourney. Why is he singing different tune now when previously he said that he was confident and know his players well. I'm sure that is the whole reason why FAM retains him as the National head coach despite the poor performance in the friendlies.I think he should resign NOW then!!!!

    Pak Nik.

HD: Plse relay this message to Rajagopal.

  6. Disebabkan urusan keluarga, aku "termiss" untuk menonton perlawanan terkini pasukan negara. Tetapi aku dpt juga feedback drp kawan2 aku yg sempat menonton.

Kebiasaanya akulah yg selalu memberi pandangan tentang permainan b.sepak kepada mereka memandangkan aku memiliki lesen jurulatih dan arif.- Tetapi tak bolehlah nak compare kemaha-arifan DRG,OKS dan org2 FAM yg non technical.(Hamidin, anuar musa dan anak Raja)
Feedback yg aku terima drp kawan2 aku adalah sunnguh malang. Dlm penceritaan mereka sebgai peminat biasa, mereka sangat2 kecewa sehingga menggunaka ungkapan seperti "rasa mcm nak muntah" cara Malaysia main bola, tiada halatuju yg jelas dlm permainan dan banyak lagi sepertimana kita sedia maklum.

The moral of the story is, jgn nanti ada org2 yg buta huruf pula menilai dan mengaibkan pasukan Malaysia.

  7. Sebagai rakyat Malaysia,,memanglah kita ada keinginan untuk melihat pasukan kita beraksi dengan baik dan saya merasakan kritikan wajar diberi kepada pihak-pihak yang tertentu.Tetapi kita harus remember bahawa kritikan negatif berunsur keterlaluan can bring a team down.Obviously being a Malaysian,I realize kerisauan penyokong-penyokong harimau Malaya( btw im one of them n can feel their pain) but honestly I think the time’s up for us to stop criticizing and start motivating the national team .We are about the start the campaign in couple of days time and indeed we can’t achieve anything by demotivating them.Cuba pikirkan the psychological effect the coach and players mungkin encounter mendengar kritikan-kritikan yang berunsur keterlaluan sebegini.Instead, why don’t we come with some encouraging and morale boosting words to support them.that might ease the pressure the team might be facing. We have to realize that coach RAJA has the experience and the qualification to guide a team.He knows the players better and probably has a solution for the problems they might be encountering. Why don’t we give him a bit more time till we end the aff campaign.Just imagine the consequences,if we fans go against our very own team,I bet that will be an added advantage for our competitors. We shouldn’t allow this to be happening. Some even suggest to change the coach even before the tournament started..lolz..how significant could this be??.Im not denying the fact that coach OKS is an excellent coach..but why don’t we give coach RAJA the time and space to show his true capability.Setakat nak tukar coach might sound easy but is it proven to be worth based on our previous experiences??.Only one or two of our previous coaches might have done a decent job,,NOT all ya.by the way,I bet there like many so call ‘die hard Malaysian fans’of us are like ’cendawan tumbuh selepas hujan’ .We were you guys before we won the 2010 aff and 2009 sea games??.I bet that coach RAJA and OKS worked hard towards these massive transformation.Im not being rude enough, infact that’s the truth.Kalao nak komen and kutuk itu memang senang..but try to be in either respective position, baru u guys sedar the true meaning of HARDSHIP.Therefore, instead of just criticizing the national team, why don’t we get to the national stadium this sunday and cheer for them.Let us be CONFIDENT and OPTIMISTIC.
Best of wishes for coach RAJA and the players.

    1. Penyokong dah lama dah kritik. Lebih lama dari TS Annuar Musa. Masa lawan Arsenal, kita puji.

Yet nothing change. I thought Rajagopal is immune to critics. Regardless of how near the tournament is.

You put the questions of fans whereabout when we won 2010 AFF and 2009 SEA games. Let me ask Rajagopal some question.

Did he think that Malaysian fans as fools when he said :

      1.Kalah bagus untuk pasukan.
      2.Ini perlawanan ujian, hanya eksperimen.
      3.Saya tahu pemain saya.

We call a spade, a spade. If Rajagopal found himself in a corner, it is because of his deaf ears and gigantic ego; not because of fans being ignorant!

  8. If that's ur perception,we cant help it.I seriously believe that coach Raja has an evident and valid point for each of his statement that he made.Perhaps what would the scenario be like,if we would have won the string of friendly matches(by luck probably),but came with bad performances.

-Bare in mind that, defeat in football is INEVITABLE.Even football teams such as Barcelona do end up losing on certain occasion. How could you explain this scenario as?Whom do u blame in general? The coach or the players?.What if a team loses a match by series of blunders made by the players itself. At the end of the day,do u blame the manager or players?.A manager could only lead the team with a proper tactical guidance and few motivational words, but at the end of the day its up to the players to decide the fate of the team on the pitch.

I realise the significance of the friendly matches that we had in past months.Although,we didnt come up with good results, but i bet we would have learnt our mistakes from it.Experiencea learnt from mistakes could be vital in the tournament later on.

In other context,i do believe that coach RAJA
knows his player better than all you critics out there. You know why??because he has been with them for the past couple of years,A handful were also with him while he was coaching u-20 side.Btw,masalah komunikasi wujud bukan antara player & coach but within the players themselves.Im not blaming the players by this statement, but this are basic mistakes that shouldnt be made by the players.Coach Raja is not egoistic and DEAF by the way.Does it sound relevant to considerate different opinions and suggestions from thousands of football fans all around malaysia?.

Andainya, kalao coach RAJA dibuang dan diganti dengan OKS,ill be the happiest, provided that we perform not only in FRIENDLIES but in actual tournaments as well.Tapi ingat, hala tuju kita akan masih lagi buntu selagi PEMIKIRAN kita tidak berubah.

  9. VD7492,

Do you still want to support Rajagopal if we fail to retain AFF Cup? The isssue here is, even if we fail to retain AFF Cup (+ we've been losing in the friendlies prior to that and hence drop in ranking), Raja will still be given a chance until Asian Cup Qualifying which to me is totally unacceptable!!!

Scenario 2, where we won most (if not all) of the friendlies prior to AFF Cup (and hence translating into higher FIFA ranking) but we fail to win the Cup. In this situation, at least our ranking will still be higher than scenario 1. Higher ranking means that we will be grouped with lower rank teams and hence chances of qualifying to the next stage in future tournament like Asia Cup, World Cup etc is better

  11. Pak Nik

I do realise the severity on this issue.I personally believe ranking is quite important for our national team based on what you have said.

Based on coach Raja's point of view, his main mission and target was to retain aff suzuki and qualify to the asian cup.Well honestly i think, that shouldnt be made a reason for not winning friendlies, but as human beings we tend to make mistakes. We cant be witnessing success overnight,it needs time and patience.

I seriously think we should give coach RAJA some time(probably till aff ends). If things doesnt change,we could look for a wise solution.

  12. Rajagopal is deaf and an egoistic maniac.

I do not know Rajagopal personally and maybe VD7492 do. So what? Action (aspecially repeated actions) speaks louder than anything else.

If everything is under control and dandy according to his plan, why the threat to players?

Saw the interview with Laos's coach on Astro? Thanks to Rajagopal, we have no concrete to reply.

    He reap what he sow.

Why VD7492 is trying so hard to convince us otherwise is beyond me.

Lack of communication after 19 games this year alone (how many Ringgit)? If you want to argue, be articulate. Don't be another Rajagopal.

People might think that you work in Wisma FAM...

p/s Didn't Dato Subahan, on Astro, promised the best line-up against Hong Kong? Yet Rajagopal continued with his experiment. Now that is a FINE EXAMPLE of miscommunication.

    2. I applaude the lost against Arsenal but I condemn the tie with Hong Kong and Bangladesh. Is that confusing?

Alex Ferguson did not retain the league title every each year, yet he manage to stay as MU manager for so long. How about Arsene Wenger?

The key ingredient is, they managed to maintain the games "spicy".

Something, in Malaysia level, was achieved by OKS but not Rajagopal.

Even though I have no faith in Rajagopal, I still support the national team.

May it come that Harimau Malaya won this edition of AFF, I will be very glad to be proven wrong.

But for now, I will continue throwing boulders of critics, when I see fit.
