Vietnam 1 Malaysia 0
Vietnam's Nguyen Trong Hoang (pic) scored the solitary goal of the match as the host team managed a 1-0 win over Malaysia at the My Dinh Stadium in Hanoi.
This is Malaysia's second defeat to the Vietnamese as the former lost 2-0 in an earlier clash at the Shah Alam Stadium (Sept 11).
The national team are set to play Thailand in another friendly match at the 700th Anniversary Stadium in Chiang Mai on Wednesday before hosting Hong Kong at the Shah Alam Stadium on Nov 14 in their final friendly match ahead of the AFF Suzuki Cup.
Some believe winning friendly matches are important to boost the morale of the team. Others stress that friendly matches should only be treated as friendly matches as what is important is to peak during the tournament.
Let's give the national team the benefit of the doubt and only judge them when the tournament begins.

Dear tuan blog
ReplyDeleteAlthough i think most malaysian would really like to believe the latter perspective, i somehow think if it is malaysian football team, most malaysian will panic and say we are going down...
Maybe it's just me trying to prepare myself should they lose, but if they win hahhhh i'll be most delighted!
Jangan salah anggap; penyokong bolasepak Malaysia amat menghargai pasukan kebangsaan. "Makan bola, minum bola, tidur bola" itu masih budaya kita.
DeleteYang mereka meluat adalah kepada Rajagopal.
Harimau Muda pun pernah kalah tapi kenapa peminat sanggup telan?

1. Saya kenal pemain saya
ReplyDelete2. Kalah bagus untuk pemain kita.
3. Saya tak risau. Target kita adlh aff n asia cup.

DeleteMungkin kekalahan demi kekalahan semasa persediaan aff hanyalah salah 1 taktik KG...memang susah nk jumpe coach yg guna taktik ni...1 in a million..kalo SAF, MAURINHO, WENGER dapat tau, konpem diorang ciplak ni....tapi pelik juga nape semasa lwn hongkong KG maen untk menang? Infact sblm berlepas ke Vietnam, Datuk Subahan siap mintak n janji akan menang dlm FORMASI bersama ZAR....
Apa celop tok?
Kemahkemim...
"Saya sudah buktikan"
ReplyDeleteRajagopal,I don't care what's your arguement is and is willing to give the benefit of the doubt only until AFF Cup. Failure to retain AFF Cup, you should gracefully resign. Those directly responsible in appointing Rajagopal should also resign.
