Killer AmBank guard nabbed

The security guard who shot an AmBank officer in the face with a shotgun during a robbery in Subang Jaya last month was arrested in Johor Baru this morning, as reported here.

This was revealed by Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar via his Twitter account.



A manhunt was launched after the security guard had allegedly shot dead a bank operations officer in a robbery at the Ambank branch in USJ Sentral on Oct 23.

It is learnt the victim was opening the door to the vault‎ when she was shot, as reported then by MSN.
