British sports car manufacturer Lotus is countersuing its former Chief Executive Officer Dany Bahar for £2.5 million. The Turkish-born ex-boss of the Norfolk carmaker has already brought a case against Lotus’ Malaysian parent company DRB-Hicom, requesting £6.7 million compensation for his alleged wrongful dismissal and loss of earnings.
