TSAM saman FAM

Satu saman Pemula telah berjaya didaftarkan DIMAHKAMAH TINGGI MALAYA SHAH ALAM(BAHAGIAN SIVIL)PAGI TADI terhadap FAM DAN DATO AZZUDIN BIN AHMAD..dan saya selaku plaintif melalui sepasukan peguam telah mengemukan DAN mendeposit AFIDAVIT SOKONGAN yg mengandungi segala fakta,butiran kes untuk ditimbang dan diputuskan oleh mahkamah yg mulia..SELARAS DGN ITU TIADA APA HARUS SAYA BICARA DI LUAR MAHKAMAH YG BOLEH MENYEBABKAN SUBJUDICE MELAINKAN SAYA MENYERAHKAN KPD MAHKAMAH DAN PROSES UNDANG UNDANG UTK MEMBUAT KETENTUAN BAGI SEMUA PERKARA YG TELAH SAYA KEMUKAKAN DLM AFIDAVIT TERSEBUT..SEMOGA PROSES UNDANG UNDANG MEMBERI KESAKSAMAAN SETELAH SEMUA ITU DINAFIKAN TERHADAP SAYA.ianya juga penting utk menjadi panduan dan teladan utk masa akan datang..t kaseh

Perkara diatas tertera di laman social Facebook Annuar Musa sebentar tadi.


Dapat simpulkan bahawa saman dibuat atas isu Annuar Musa digantung selama dua setengah tahun oleh Jawatankuasa Disiplin Persatuan Bolasepak Malaysia April lalu. 

Inilah langkah pertama. Kita tunggu dan lihat apa yang akan berlaku selepas ini dan jika ini akan menjadi ketetapan dan rujukan untuk kes-kes yang seumpana ini dimasa hadapan.

    It is the first step towards everything. Too much coruption. They run the organization like it's their own. A good move and strategy by TSAM utk burst everything out sblm mensyuarat kongress FAM(correct me if I'm wrong) coming soon.

    This is the start of everything, or the end of everything.

    I hope that there would be a glimmer of hope for our football at the end of the tunnel.

    If by this way then only our football scene would progress, so be it! Bring it on I would say!

    How is a court case filed by TSAM going to change FAM la? Maybe yes maybe no TSAM can win the court case. I ask my friend a lawyer, he ask me why FAM got no appeal process. And how come no Inquiry or Hearing for TSAM to defend. I said I don't know..maybe FAM got give opportunity to TSAM to jawab. Got ah Bro?

Berikut merupakan antara cadangan-cadangan Kementerian Belia dan Sukan untuk Bajet 2024 yang akan dibentangkan bulan hadapan. 1. Pengasingan sukan daripada kategori gaya hidup 2. Meneruskan dan memperluaskan inisiatif pelepasan cukai tambahan bagi aktiviti sukan berdasarkan senarai baharu 103 sukan berkuatkuasa Mac 2023 seperti berikut: 3. Pelepasan cukai tambahan sebanyak RM5,000 khusus berkaitan dengan aktiviti sukan yang dibelanjakan oleh individu bagi: • pembelian peralatan sukan untuk aktiviti sukan mengikut Akta Pembangunan Sukan 1997. • bayaran sewaan atau fi kemasukan ke mana-mana fasiliti sukan. • bayaran fi pendaftaran bagi penyertaan pertandingan sukan yang diluluskan di bawah Akta Pembangunan Sukan 1997. • Bayaran jurulatih/latihan/kelas untuk aktiviti sukan mengikut Akta Pembangunan Sukan 1997. Then I wrote about the same subject again early May . I was invited to be a guest for this week's Kafe Sukan but had to decline as the recording was done on Sunday - the same day I left the country. Apparently Ramlan's predicament was discussed. Despite receiving numerous SMS-es - for and against what was discussed - I will refrain from commenting as I have yet to view the show.
